We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days, unless otherwise arranged for a special date. This does not include weekends and holidays. However please phone as sometimes we are able to put your order through quicker.

We do not normally despatch cakes on Saturdays for Monday delivery and so cakes can be delivered Tuesday to Friday.

Please allow time for your cake to arrive if it is for a special celebration.

Any delivery for a Saturday will be at extra cost for Royal Mail Saturday Delivery.

Please ensure you give a complete address including a full postcode.

A gift tag is included for your message. If we write the message for you we reserve the right to reject any message which may cause offence.

You may also order by telephone and send a cheque with your payment. Upon your cheque clearing we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Upon receipt of your order we will e mail you to confirm your order and delivery date.

4” babycakes are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are delivered the next day after despatch by 1pm

All deliveries will require a signature so please ensure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for your cake.

The delivery cost is inclusive of the cost of purchase of your babycakes £13.50 each inclusive. For larger cakes please see Blue Lotus Products Terms and Conditions.

We take great care to ensure your order is carefully packed and despatched to ensure it reaches you in good condition, However if you have any complaints please contact us immediately by phone 07951215121, within 24 hours and we will get back to you.

This also applies if you think your order may have gone missing please contact us and we will endeavour to send you a replacement product or refund.
