Need Help with Making Your Payment?

Firstly you do NOT need a Paypal Account to make a payment. Paypal encourage you to use their "account" system but if you follow these intructions you can make a simple credit card / debit card payment.
Follow the steps below carefully;
1. Add your chosen cake to the shopping basket. At this point you will be shown "Your Order." From here you can either continue shopping, alter the quantity required of that cake, or Go To Payments.
2. Click "Go to Payments" when you are happy with your order. You will be presented with a screen that shows the total of your order and asks for your details. Fill in the required boxes(in yellow). Fill in the delivery address. If your delivery address is the same as your address leave the second part blank. Then please read our terms and conditions if you have not already done so and click in the box to confirm you agree to them. You can also store your details in our secure system for future reference if you would like to, simply click in the box. Then click on "Continue."
3. You will be presented with a summary of the payment and your details. Please check you have entered them correctly. Then click "Continue" to be taken to the payment area. Paypal offer payment through an account or by credit / debit card. Do not be put off by their "log in" screens.
4. You are now presented with a page titled "Pay Fast With PayPal." To the right of the page toward the bottom you are encouraged to "log in." If you are a Paypal Account user and you want to use your account for payment, Log in and continue with the process to make payment. If you are not PLEASE READ ON AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
5. Ignoring the "Log in" box, locate the word "continue" to the left of that "log in" box. It is above the payment symbols, ie Maestro Mastercard, Visa etc.... Click on the word "Continue." You will be taken to a page titled "Pay with Credit Card or Log In."
6. Again ignore the "log in" box to the right of the page (naughty Paypal!). Fill in the required fields on the page. By selecting a Payment type you will automatically be presented with a box to enter your credit card details, expiry date and CCV number (last three digits on the back of your card). Then click on "Review Order and Continue."
7. At this point Paypal have one last go at trying to get you to pay via their account system. So ignore the first "Pay" button and scroll below there. You will see another "Pay" button which will make reference to making payment via your credit / debit card. Click on that button to make payment and complete your transaction.
