A thorough clean down is done before we make any gluten free, wheat free birthday cakes. However if you have a severe allergy we have to point out that the bakery is not totally gluten free. They make a lovely present for those people who have a gluten and wheat free diet and also those who cannot have dairy or egg in there diet too and are a special birthday cake or gift for customers with food allergies.

These cakes are made with a flour containing, rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour, sarasin flour and xanthan gum. Please phone for further information if needed.

These cakes are gift wrapped and contain a handmade gift tag for your own personal message. Please add this in the message box when ordering online.
